My daughter and I loved loved loved our stay. Walkable to everything near State Street and the place itself was gorgeous and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Barbara with Miramar Management. The location was absolutely perfect for us, close to everything we wanted but still peaceful and relaxing. Communication was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The place itself was super cute, clean, and very comfortable. It has a cozy, country-chic vibe that felt charming and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, very convenient to all shops, restaurants. Super comfy beds, great host, safe area. Overall wonderful. Would definitely stay at this airbnb again! Only con is the gravel parking lot.

We stayed for 2 nights - late arrival, easy check in, no issues finding/accessing. Our room had 2 beds and felt spacious, modern, homey and clean. Very walkable location downtown - coffee, shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet at night, could not hear neighbors; busy street during the day, noisy if your front door is open.
I think the building was originally intended as downstairs “shops” with apartments overhead. The “shops” seem to have been converted to apartments/rooms.
The bathroom door, as many have noted, could use some work/better design. It’s a barn door that slides, but this leaves a gap between the sliding door and the wall when closed. Not super private, but worked fine for our immediate family. The latch to lock takes some patience.

Our stay was perfect. I have been enamored with all of their listings and finally had time to visit SB so of course chose Miramar Lanes property at the Inn. It is even better than imagined. Incredible location, beautiful room great amenities and bathroom. The list goes on. They are awesome hosts with impeccable taste. Can’t wait to go back.

Great central location in a nice new apartment. Bedding and sofa were very comfortable and place was super clean. A great alternative to the very expensive hotels in the area.

Really awesome spot to stay in. Super close to everything, lots of great cafes. The unit was impeccably clean and spotless, really nicely appointed, super comfy beds, great linen, furniture. Everything was really great.

Stayed here with my husband and 4 month old baby. Very spacious, with plenty enough room for a pack & play, stroller, and any other baby gear. Because it’s on the ground floor, you can hear people walking past the living room, but the noise level was perfectly fine. Loved the location, super easy to walk out to State street and surrounding shops and restaurants.
